Did you know that The American Association of Orthodontists recommends that all children have a check-up with an orthodontic specialist by age 7?
An early diagnosis means an overall stress-free and smooth orthodontic experience for you AND your child!
Early orthodontic evaluation can detect problems such as:
Crowding
Deep over bites
Open bites
Cross bites
Development of permanent teeth
Jaw growth discrepancies
For some, a timely evaluation will lead to significant treatment benefits. For others, the principal immediate benefit is a parent’s peace of mind.
Should your child not have orthodontic needs at a young age, we will make them a member of our Rookie Club. This means that we will monitor the growth of their jaws and eruption of their permanent teeth through periodic and complimentary check-ups approximately every 6 months. Scheduling these appointments is important to establish that treatment can be started at the most optimal time and to see that no orthodontic problems arise as your child’s growth and development is rapidly underway. Ultimately, this will ensure that your child’s orthodontic treatment be as effective and as efficient as possible.
Members of our Rookie Club will receive a special T-shirt, made just for them, and have a chance to spin our wheel to win a prize at each check-up.
