One of my favorite things about being an orthodontist is educating my patients about how, why, when, etc. I LOVE seeing my patients understand the rationale behind what we do. In a spirit of educating the general public, and in an effort to clarify a controversial subject, I decided to do the following video.
One of the most frustrating things we see is when, in an effort to “sell” a patient on treatment, a patient is told by another orthodontist that the brand of braces they use is better than that used by other orthodontists.
Remember: it’s not the car; it’s the driver.
